House Rules

Your comfort is of utmost importance, and we have made every effort down to the smallest detail to make you feel at home. To maintain the high standard of comfort living, we respectfully ask you to follow the following house rules:

  • No smoking (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes or any narcotic) inside the suite or on the balcony. You may go to the rooftop terrace if you choose to smoke a cigarette. If odour or cigarette burns are found in the suite, the guest must cover the odour eliminating fee and/or pay for damages from the burns.
  • This space is not suitable for infants or children under 12 years old.
  • No pets.
  • No parties or events.
  • Hotel-quality beddings and towels are provided. Please keep these linens stain-free. Guest will have to cover the cost of cleaning or the replacement cost if the linens are stained.
  • Return and wash dishes and cooking utensils. Keep the cooking area clean.
  • Be respectful to your neighbours. Quiet time after 10:00 P.M.
  • Check-in after 3:00 P.M. & Checkout by 11:00 A.M. Please plan your transfer accordingly.
